Banana Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients:
  • 250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk (1.5%)
  • 100g Pumpkin (Chopped and Boiled)
  • 1 Small Banana
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Scoops (26g) Formula 1 Vanilla*
  • 4 Ice Cubes
Method:

Slice the banana. Add all ingredients into the blender and mix until desired consistency is achieved. Serve straight away (this shake tastes best when it’s cold!). You can garnish the serving glass with cinnamon.
